For the final segment of our Summer Thyme series with Michelle Parkin Photography, we whipped up an awesome celebratory dessert for the festive season! This is so simple to make yet so impressive!
Champagne, Ginger Ale and Thyme Jelly
What you’ll need:
- Mixing bowl
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Champagne glasses
- Fresh Thyme
- 1 tbsp agar agar
- Champagne glasses/vessels
- 300ml sparkling wine
- 325ml ginger ale
- Edible gold glitter
Bring 2 1/2 cups of cold champagne (or a mixture of champagne and ginger ale) to a simmer and add thyme & agar agar.
Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add golden edible glitter and mix thoroughly.
Remove the thyme and divide into 4 vessels of your choice and let them set at room temperature or in the fridge.
Voila! You’ve got the most awesome celebratory dessert!
